Amonestacions (targetes)<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\">\u27a2 Targeta blanca: falta lleu<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\">\u27a2 Tres targetes blanques: equivalen a una targeta groga (dos minuts)<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\">\u27a2 Targeta groga (1a): dos minuts<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\">\u27a2 Targeta groga (2a): quatre minuts (2+4=6 minuts)<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\">\u27a2 Targeta groga (3a): desqualificaci\u00f3 de la cursa per acumulaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\">\u27a2 Targeta vermella: desqualificaci\u00f3 directa de la cursa.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\">Nota: Les targetes s\u00f3n acumulatives. A partir de la primera targeta groga (tant directa com per<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\">acumulaci\u00f3), la seg\u00fcent amonestaci\u00f3 blanca es converteix directament en groga.(Veure punt 20)<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><strong><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">Causes de la targeta blanca<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: medium; font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\">1. No executar correctament la t\u00e8cnica de Marxa N\u00f2rdica.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: medium; font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\">2. No portar els dorsals visibles.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: medium; font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\">3. Una tercera targeta blanca, sigui quin sigui el motiu, equival a una targeta groga.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: medium; font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\">4. No respectar els l\u00edmits del caix\u00f3 de sortida en el moment de la sortida de la cursa.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: medium; font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\">5. Desenganxar les dragoneres fora de les zones delimitades per fer-ho.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: medium; font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\">6. No aturar-se per efectuar qualque acci\u00f3 descrita en el punts 11.17 i 11.23<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: medium; font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\">Descripci\u00f3 de les errades t\u00e8cniques:<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><strong><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">Descripci\u00f3 de les errades<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: medium; font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\">1. Bast\u00f3 en posici\u00f3 vertical.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: medium; font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\">4. No subjecta l\u2019empunyadura del bast\u00f3.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: medium; font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\">5. Clava el bast\u00f3 davant\/darrera.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: medium; font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\">6. Flexiona cames.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: medium; font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\">10.Oscil\u00b7laci\u00f3 dels malucs. <\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><strong><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">Causes de la targeta groga<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #666666; font-size: 14px; background-color: #ffffff; font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\">1. Anticipar-se al senyal de sortida.<\/span><br style=\"color: #666666; font-size: 14px;\" \/><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\"><span style=\"color: #666666; font-size: 14px; background-color: #ffffff;\">2. Saltar, lliscar-se, oscil\u00b7laci\u00f3 de maluc en el pla frontal amb una flexi\u00f3 excessiva, <\/span><span style=\"color: #666666; font-size: 14px; background-color: #ffffff;\">baixar el centre de gravetat del cos flexionant les cames.<\/span><\/span><br style=\"color: #666666; font-size: 14px;\" \/><span style=\"color: #666666; font-size: 14px; background-color: #ffffff; font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\">3. Impedir ser avan\u00e7at o obstaculitzar el pas a altres participants.<\/span><br style=\"color: #666666; font-size: 14px;\" \/><span style=\"color: #666666; font-size: 14px; background-color: #ffffff; font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\">4. Retallar itinerari encara que sigui de forma involunt\u00e0ria.<\/span><br style=\"color: #666666; font-size: 14px;\" \/><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\"><span style=\"color: #666666; font-size: 14px; background-color: #ffffff;\">5. Emplenar els elements d&#8217;hidrataci\u00f3 fora de les zones determinades per <\/span><span style=\"color: #666666; font-size: 14px; background-color: #ffffff;\">l&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/span><br style=\"color: #666666; font-size: 14px;\" \/><span style=\"color: #666666; font-size: 14px; background-color: #ffffff; font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\">6. Protestar a l&#8217;\u00e0rbitre.<\/span><br style=\"color: #666666; font-size: 14px;\" \/><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\"><span style=\"color: #666666; font-size: 14px; background-color: #ffffff;\">7. Qualsevol falta efectuada en l&#8217;\u00faltim quil\u00f2metre, que afecti directament i de forma <\/span><span style=\"color: #666666; font-size: 14px; background-color: #ffffff;\">evident a la lluita per la posici\u00f3 entre 2 o m\u00e9s marxadors, i aquesta situaci\u00f3 <\/span><span style=\"color: #666666; font-size: 14px; background-color: #ffffff;\">d\u2019acceleraci\u00f3 faci perdre la t\u00e8cnica.<\/span><\/span><br style=\"color: #666666; font-size: 14px;\" \/><span style=\"color: #666666; font-size: 14px; background-color: #ffffff; font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\">8. Incomplir la normativa quant a la utilitzaci\u00f3 obligat\u00f2ria de tacs de goma (pads).<\/span><br style=\"color: #666666; font-size: 14px;\" \/><span style=\"color: #666666; font-size: 14px; background-color: #ffffff; font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\">9. No estar present o arribar tard al caix\u00f3 de sortida (vegeu 11.21).<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #666666; font-size: 14px; background-color: #ffffff; font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><strong><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">Causes de la targeta vermella<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\">1. Tercera TARGETA GROGA o acumulaci\u00f3 de targetes.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\">2. C\u00f3rrer.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\">3. No portar el material obligatori per reglament o el requerit de forma expressa per l&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\">4. No fer cas a les indicacions de l&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3 i \u00e0rbitres.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\">5. Manipular o modificar les dimensions del dorsal o refusar portar-ho.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\">6. No passar el control de sortida o arribar despr\u00e9s de la sortida, o no entrar en la zona de penalitzaci\u00f3 <\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\">quan se li indiqui.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\">7. Retardar volunt\u00e0riament l&#8217;hora de sortida de la competici\u00f3.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\">8. Utilitzar qualsevol mitj\u00e0 de transport a qualsevol moment de la competici\u00f3.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\">9. Rebre qualsevol tipus d&#8217;ajuda externa fos fora de les zones determinades per l&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\">10. Llevar o canviar les marques del recorregut situades per l&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\">11. No guardar respecte absolut a les normes esportives, ni respecte a la naturalesa.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\">12. Qualsevol desconsideraci\u00f3 i viol\u00e8ncia verbal o f\u00edsica contra qualsevol persona vinculada amb la <\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\">competici\u00f3(Veure punt 11.14).<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\">13. Provocar un accident de forma volunt\u00e0ria.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\">14. Prendre alcohol o fumar durant la competici\u00f3.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\">15. Tirar fems, fins i tot de forma involunt\u00e0ria, fora dels contenidors previstos per l&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\">16. No ajudar a un competidor accidentat.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\">17. No passar per un control de pas.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\">18. No detenir-se si romp un bast\u00f3.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\">19. Tots els corredors que quedin en cursa despr\u00e9s de l&#8217;hora de tancament d&#8217;un control o meta prevista <\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\">per l&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\">20. Pujar al podi en el lliurament de premis amb una bandera o s\u00edmbol que no siguin els oficials de la <\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\">Comunitat Aut\u00f2noma o Club al qual representen.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\">21. Participar sota una identitat falsa o suplantant a una altra persona.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\">22. Tallar o escur\u00e7ar el recorregut de manera intencionada, sortint de l&#8217;itinerari senyalitzat.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\">23. Ser\u00e0 motiu de desqualificaci\u00f3, aix\u00ed com la retirada de l&#8217;acreditaci\u00f3 esportiva en tots els \u00e0mbits, la <\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\">ingesti\u00f3 de productes de dopatge declarats per l&#8217;Ag\u00e8ncia Mundial <\/span><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\">d&#8217;Antidopatge (AMA). En aquest cas, el <\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\">Comit\u00e8 de Marxa N\u00f2rdica Competitiva <\/span><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\">elaborar\u00e0 un informe que remetr\u00e0 al Responsable T\u00e8cnic de la <\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\">FBME, perqu\u00e8 prengui les mesures disciplin\u00e0ries pertinents amb el que dicti l&#8217;ag\u00e8ncia antidopatge.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\">24. No respectar el DEC\u00c0LEG DE BONES PRACTIQUES del Comit\u00e8 Balear de Marxa N\u00f2rdica.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\">25. Portar auriculars posats durant la competici\u00f3 (impedeixen escoltar les indicacions dels \u00e0rbitres o <\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\">personal de l&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3).<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\">10.<strong> T\u00e8cnica b\u00e0sica obligat\u00f2ria<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\">La Marxa N\u00f2rdica ha de ser executada de manera que:<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\">10.1 En tot moment el peu i el bast\u00f3 de la m\u00e0 contr\u00e0ria del marxador mantindr\u00e0 sempre el contacte amb <\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\">el terra.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\">10.2 El suport dels bastons i l&#8217;empenta s&#8217;efectuar\u00e0 sempre en diagonal.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\">10.3 El bast\u00f3 ha de clavar-se agafant fermament l&#8217;empunyadura, i sempre a l&#8217;espai compr\u00e8s entre els dos <\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\">peus.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\">10.4 La fase d&#8217;impuls: en el moviment del bra\u00e7 cap enrere, la m\u00e0 traspassar\u00e0 la pelvis alliberant <\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\">l&#8217;empunyadura abans d&#8217;anar cap a davant.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\">10.5 La fase de recobrament: en el moviment del bra\u00e7 cap a davant el colze traspassar\u00e0 el tors abans <\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\">d&#8217;anar cap enrere.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\">10.6 El peu d&#8217;avan\u00e7 ha de contactar el s\u00f2l amb el tal\u00f3.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\">10.7 No est\u00e0 perm\u00e8s baixar el centre de gravetat del cos flexionant ambdues cames.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\">10.8 La cama endarrerida haur\u00e0 d&#8217;anar estirada totalment abans que el peu perdi el contacte amb el <\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\">terra.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\">10.9 No est\u00e0 perm\u00e8s cap dels seg\u00fcents suposats: c\u00f3rrer, saltar, lliscar-se, obstaculitzar el pas, arrossegar <\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\">els bastons.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\">10.10 El gest t\u00e8cnic de la marxa n\u00f2rdica no permet l\u2019oscil\u00b7laci\u00f3 del maluc en el pla frontal i la seva flexi\u00f3 <\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\">excessiva.<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Et deixam un extracte del reglament de la Marxa N\u00f2rdica Competitiva (Nordic\u00a0Walking) del\u00a0Comit\u00e8 Balear de la Federaci\u00f3 Balear de Muntanyisme i Escalada.\u00a0 9.
